In 2002, the first VanOpen tennis events were played and Maria Sharapova won the women’s singles tournament while Dudi Sela won the men’s singles event.

In 2019, Ričardas Berankis defeated Jason Jung in the men’s singles final with a score of 6–3, 5–7, 6–4. While women’s singles winner was Heather Watson who defeated Sara Sorribes Tormo in the final and the score was 7–5, 6–4.
In 2019, Robert Lindstedt and Jonny O’Mara were winning over Treat Huey and Adil Shamasdin in the final match with a score of 6–2, 7–5. Whereas Nao Hibino and Miyu Kato beat Naomi Broady and Erin Routliffe in the women’s Doubles final with a score of 6–2, 6–2.
