In the 2023 women's doubles final, Natela Dzalamidze and Viktoria Kuzmova defeated Anna-Lena Friedsam and Nadiia Kichenok 4–6, 7–5, 12–10.

2021 Women’s Singles

Alison Riske defeated Jaqueline Cristian in the 2021 singles championship final with scores of 2-6, 6-2, 7-5.
