The ATP Zhuhai Championships will take place at the Hengqin International Tennis Centre in Zhuhai, China, and will be played on the outdoor hard courts.
In 2019, the inaugural event was played in Zhuhai, and the singles winner was Alex de Minaur, and the doubles winner was Sander Gillé and Joran Vliegen. In 2020, 2021, and 2022, the tournaments were not held, and the 2023 tournament will mark Zhuhai's first competition in four years.

The ATP Zhuhai Open 223 will happen on September 20th and will run until September 26th, 2023, in Zhuhai, China. Fans can enjoy a few other tennis events during the same week as the Chengdu Open, Guangzhou Open, Parma Open, Guadalajara Open, and Laver Cup.
